Physical Therapy Services
At Sapphire Physical Therapy we offer full physical therapy services to treat the injured worker. We have more than 26 years experience treating both traumatic and non-traumatic work-related injuries, including neck and low back pain, overuse injuries, and in post-operative rehabilitation. Our staff understands the importance of effective treatment to expedite a successful return to work.
Detailed evaluations to help identify the root of dysfunction

Work Hardening and Conditioning
In addition to our physical therapy services, we also offer work hardening services to assist patients who have progressed in physical therapy, but need more intensive intervention to successfully return to work. Our expansive gym and equipment allow us to replicate job demands in a repetitive manner.
Evaluation to identify physical impairments preventing full work participation
Implementation of a program including interventions to address general impairments as well as specific activities designed to simulate essential or challenging work tasks
Multiple hour appointments emphasizing strength and endurance to prepare for return to work
Functional Capacity Evaluation
In addition to our full physical therapy services, Sapphire Physical Therapy offers functional capacity evaluations as a useful tool for patients, providers, physical therapists, and payers to assist with rehabilitation and return to work decisions. Sapphire PT has been providing Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE) for workers across Montana and the Pacific Northwest for the past twenty years. An FCE is an important tool for providers, adjusters, and patients alike in bringing about case closure and a successful return to the work force.
Multiple hour evaluations conducted over one or two days
Evaluation using the Matheson System of FCE testing
Objective assessment of overall physical abilities and limitations with emphasis on specific job related physical demands.
