A guided 8-week strength & conditioning course for runners & endurance sports enthusiasts alike. We meet twice a week for heavy resistance & plyometric exercises led by physical therapists. This includes pre & post strength testing measures for proven results.
Our programs focus on using the most up-to-date evidence for addressing endurance athletes needs.
In our class, you will learn how to:
Safely perform Olympic-style lifts
Identify safe body mechanics
Design workout programs for sport specific demand with optimal tissue loading
