8 Weeks To A Stronger You

Our programs focus on using the most up-to-date evidence for addressing the needs of endurance athletes and moms.

Two guided 8-week strength & conditioning courses that meet twice a week. All are led by physical therapists.

Whether you're looking to improve your athletic performance or simply want to boost your daily functional movements, our classes offer personalized instruction and careful attention to technique.

 

Our morning course is geared toward runners and endurance sports enthusiasts alike. This course consists of heavy resistance & plyometric exercises. This includes pre & post strength testing measures for proven results.

Our evening course has a pelvic floor focus for those who are pregnant, postpartum, and postmenopausal. This course will include resistance training (any necessary modifications will be provided) in addition to pelvic floor education.

 

In all of our classes, you will learn:

  • Proper Movement Mechanics: Understand and practice correct form to prevent injury and maximize the effectiveness of exercises, tailored to your body's needs.

  • Injury Risk Reduction Strategies: Learn techniques and exercises to strengthen key muscle groups and improve joint stability, reducing the risk of common injuries.

  • Progressive Strength Training Techniques: Build your strength with a focus exercises that support your specific fitness goals and demands of daily activities.
